Rest in His Presence
Scripture
"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you alone, Yahweh, make me dwell in safety." — Psalm 4:8 (WEB)
Teaching
As this day draws to a close, let your heart find rest in God's presence. The worries of the day, the unfinished tasks, and the uncertain tomorrows can all be laid at His feet. He who watches over Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4). You can rest because He is awake.
Evening is a time for reflection and surrender. Reflect on how God showed up today — perhaps in a kind word, a moment of peace, or a verse that spoke to your heart. Then surrender tomorrow to Him. You do not know what it holds, but you know who holds it.
Let your last thoughts tonight be of His faithfulness. Sleep in His peace.

Prayer
Father, I lay this day at Your feet. Thank You for Your faithfulness today. I release every worry and concern to You. Grant me peaceful, restorative sleep. Watch over me and my loved ones through the night. Amen.
