Fasting can have significant health risks. Liquid Prayer & Fasting is a spiritual platform and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before starting any fasting programme:
• Consult your doctor or healthcare professional
• Inform them of the type and duration of fast you intend to undertake
• Follow their medical advice

Do NOT fast if you:
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Are under 18 years of age (without medical and parental supervision)
• Have diabetes, heart disease, or other serious medical conditions
• Are taking medication (consult your doctor first)
• Have or have had an eating disorder
• Are underweight or malnourished

DRY FASTING (3-Day Programme):
Dry fasting (abstaining from food AND water) carries additional serious risks including dehydration and organ damage. Never exceed 3 days of dry fasting. Break your fast immediately and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, fainting, severe headaches, chest pain, confusion, or any concerning symptoms.

During any fast:
• Stay hydrated during liquid fasts
• Listen to your body
• Break your fast if you feel unwell
• Seek immediate medical attention for any concerning symptoms
• Do not operate heavy machinery if feeling faint
