Tomorrow Belongs to God
Scripture
"Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient." — Matthew 6:34 (WEB)
Teaching
Tomorrow is in God's hands, not yours. You cannot control it, predict it, or guarantee it. But you can trust the One who holds it.
Jesus was not saying "don't plan" — He was saying "don't worry." There is a difference. Planning is wise; worrying is wasteful. Planning prepares; worrying paralyses.
Tonight, release tomorrow to God. Whatever is on your schedule — the meeting, the appointment, the conversation, the deadline — it is all in His hands. He has already gone ahead to prepare the way. Sleep in peace, knowing that tomorrow's grace will be there when tomorrow arrives.
Reflection
What about tomorrow is causing you anxiety? Consciously hand each concern to God before you sleep.
Prayer
Lord, I release tomorrow into Your hands. I will not be anxious about what the next day holds. You are already there, preparing the way. I sleep in peace tonight, trusting You completely. Amen.

Tomorrow belongs to God. I will not worry about it. His grace for tomorrow will be there when I wake. Tonight, I rest in His peace.
