His Love Never Fails

"For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God's love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." — Romans 8:38-39 (WEB)
Teaching
Nothing can separate you from God's love. Not death. Not life. Not angels. Not demons. Not the present. Not the future. Not any power. Not anything in all creation.
This is the ultimate security. No matter what happens — in this fast, in this week, in this year, in this lifetime — God's love for you is unshakeable. It is not dependent on your performance, your feelings, or your faithfulness. It depends on His.
Tonight, as this section of devotionals draws to a close, let this be the truth that carries you: God's love never fails. It was there before you were born, it will be there after you take your last breath, and it is holding you right now.

As you reflect on the journey so far, how has God's love been the constant thread? What truth about His love will you hold onto going forward?
Prayer
Father, I am persuaded that nothing can separate me from Your love. Thank You for a love that never fails, never ends, and never lets go. I rest in that love tonight and always. Amen.
