God Works in the Dark
Scripture
"I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that it is I, Yahweh, who calls you by your name, even the God of Israel." — Isaiah 45:3 (WEB)
Teaching
Some of God's greatest works happen in the dark — in the unseen, in the unknown, in the waiting. Think of a seed germinating underground, or a baby forming in the womb, or the stone being rolled away while it was still dark on resurrection morning.
God promises treasures in the darkness. Not treasures that come after the darkness, but treasures found in it. Some lessons, some intimacy, some depth of character can only be developed in seasons of darkness.
If you are in a dark season, take heart. God is not absent — He is working. And what He is preparing in the dark will be revealed in the light.

Are you in a "dark" season? What treasures might God be preparing for you in it?
Prayer
Father, I trust You in the dark seasons. I believe You are working even when I cannot see it. Open my eyes to the treasures hidden in the darkness. I wait for Your light. Amen.
