Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for digital downloads are available within 14 days of purchase if the content has not been accessed or downloaded.
Physical Products: Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
